Maggiano's Little Italy Copycat Recipe

Serves 2

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 pound angel hair pasta, cooked

Add to skillet oil, garlic, red pepper and saute for 3 minutes. Add cooked pasta and 1/4 cup of pasta water, salt and black pepper, toss and server immediately

  1. What's green? Clearly there is something green in the dish. Parsley? What? I have had this many times at Maggianos and don't think there's pepper or at least this much pepper in it as pepper causes me severe gastric distress and I do not get it from this dish. Close but off.

    1. The green you are questioning would be Italian parsley (not included in recipe). Hols back on the pepper flakes to your liking. Hope this helps!
