1 premade sponge cake
1 cup strong boiling coffee
1 cup condensed milk
2 teaspoons gelatin
Line a cake tin with foil and place premade sponge cake inside. Dissolve gelatin into boiling coffee. Mix gelatin and coffee mixture into condensed milk. Pour mixture over the sponge cake so that mixture is evenly distributed. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set. Serve with whipped cream and dust with powdered cocoa and enjoy!
